The Bevagna tart with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

So much to cake and little time?

The solution is the tart!

To prepare this very good tart is enough for a few minutes and even less ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:

  •  3 eggs (two yolks and an ounce)
  • 10 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3/4 of extra virgin olive oil
  • Grated pastry of a lemon
  • 1/2 cup of sweet yeast for cakes
  • Enough flour

PREPARATION:

Place the flour on the fountain and put an egg whole and only two egg yolks of the three eggs, then sugar and handle with a fork. Add the extra virgin olive oil, the grated cheese of lemon and 1/2 of the yeast cake for sweets slowly. Amalgamate well until you get a compound not too hard (obviously use your hands!) Spread some of the mixture in a grated oven pan, then over the jam and finally cover it with dough strudels to form squares!

Put in preheated oven for about 20/30 min to about 160/170 until it will be golden …. cool and …
