Lentil soup with sausage

INGREDIENTS

3 lentils of Castelluccio lentils

5 pork sausages

1 celery coast

2 cloves of garlic

1 glass of tomato paste

Olive oil, salt, chili powder

PREPARATION

Boil lentils in salt water by adding a clove of garlic and a piece of celery; To the tooth. Aside from frying in the oil a little bitter celery and the other clove of garlic. Combine the sausages, brown them, then pour the tomato with a pinch of chili pepper to bake. Add the lentils and a glass of water and let it palate slowly, extending with other water if necessary.
