Presenting an intense red colour with tones of dark red. Elegant bouquet, spiced with undergrowth and red fruit aroma.
At taste dry, fresh with a pleasant tannicity, excellent combined with cold cuts and medium-matured cheeses, flavourful first main courses and roasted white and red meat.
ABV: 14.5 % – bottle 750 ML

Production area: Bevagna.
Variety of grapes: 65% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot, 15% Sagrantino.
Altitudine: 300 m a.s.l.
Harvest time: End of September – October.
Vinification: Fermentation in steel tanks following the technic of pumping over four times a day. Ageing 8 months in oak barrels and matured for a minimum of six months in bottle.
Colour: Intensive red colour and light hints of dark red.
Notes on flavour: At taste fresh with a pleasant taste of tannicity.
